The Details
• Birthday child and majority of guests must be age 6 or older
• Parties are held Saturdays or Sundays
• Children should bring 6-8 photos of “friends” or “family” theme
• Refreshments, paper goods, and decorations are responsibility of birthday or host parent.
We are more than happy to help in serving food and hanging decorations as needed. If you would like us to supply the paper goods please add an additional $1.00 per child/person
• Refreshments and cake must be served after scrapbooking is finished.
• Party is class based and it is important that guests be prompt
• Party is drop off style, there is little seating for extra guests beyond the birthday child’s family.
• Non-refundable $50 deposit to rent room is required at time of booking
• Charge per child is $20 and includes all supplies and is payable only in cash or Visa/MC/Discover
• 12 child maximum, 6 child minimum

The Details
• Crops can be held during the week from open to close or 5pm to 10pm, Friday- Saturday during store hours or evenings from 6pm to Midnight, Sunday– all day or 4pm to 8pm.
· Refreshments, paper goods, and decorations are responsibility of crop host.
We are more than happy to help in serving food and hanging decorations as needed. If you would like us to supply the paper goods please add an additional $1.00 per person. We do have beverages on site and are 50 cents each.
• Your crop time is based on the time you have requested, so we ask that croppers be prompt so they are allowed the allotted time.
• Non-Refundable $50.00 deposit to rent room is required at time of booking.
•Charge per person is $7.00 to $20.00 depending upon YOUR needs and includes all supplies. This is payable only in cash or Visa/MC/Discover
• 12 person maximum, 6 person minimum
We require a 7 day cancellation notice– your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may reschedule your event & use the deposit up to 1 (ONE) year from the original date of event.
We can add food– invitations and special albums or projects to any class/crop for an additional fee. We are happy to work with you & want to make this a special time & day for you & your friends.
