Ordering - Shipping - Returns Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, during sales, promotions, and holidays, our processing/shipping time will be delayed to 3-4 business days. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal as methods of payment.
Domestic Shipping

Scrap Harbor will ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (or First Class mail). We also provide free delivery confirmation on all orders shipped to USPS verified addresses. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-3 business days, however this is not a guarantee. Shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories may take additional time for the USPS to deliver.
At the current time we use the United States Postal Service as our method of shipping. While the USPS is very reliable, they will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. For your protection we INSURE LARGER ORDERS. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS directly. You should also notify us immediately, and take a picture if possible, if you receive products damaged in shipping.
International Shipping
Because International shipping varies greatly depending on package size and weight, speed of delivery, and insurance options, Scrap Harbor will contact you after order submission for your shipping and insurance totals.
If you AGREE to the shipping and insurance totals we require a seperate payment via Paypal or Credit Card for those charges.
If you DO NOT AGREE to the shipping and insurance totals we will simply refund your order payment. If you would like a shipping and insurance estimate before placing your order, please contact us at scrapharbor@aol.com
We currently ship to Canada & Mexico. If your country is not one of the countries we ship to, please contact us.
Returns
After the 30 day period you may only return the product for store credit of the exact amount of your purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You will be responsible for all return charges.
